FAQs
What will Kaleidoscope be like?
Our program will offer a chance to connect with our friends and neighbors that make Washington County a great place to live. We’ll share everything that’s been going on at Community Action and how you can invest in offering more hope to individuals, families, and children living in Washington County.
We created two ways to participate so that anyone can join:
Kaleidoscope – In Person
We'll gather at The Reser in Beaverton at 5PM. During the social hour, we'll have food stations featuring light bites, beer and wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. We'll take a seat in the theater (open seating) just before we join our online audience for the program when it goes live at 6:30PM.
We’ll hear from our supporters and leaders and share how your support helps Community Action provide wrap-around services that help our friends and neighbors thrive. After we say goodbye to our online audience, stick around for more socializing, food, and drinks.
Kaleidoscope – Online
RSVP for free to join us for a live broadcast of the program. Connect with us through the online chat, and get a front row seat to all the action. Invite as many friends and family members as you’d like—the broadcast is free to watch and will be offered in multiple languages, including Spanish, Arabic, Somali, Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese, Farsi, Russian, and English. You can RSVP here.

Doors open at 5PM for social hour, heavy appetizers, and bar service. At 6:30 PM, we’ll take our seats for a compelling hour-long program in the beautiful theater at The Reser. After our program, stick around to enjoy more food, drinks, and the good company of others.
How long will the cocktail hour be and what kind of food will be served?
Cocktail hour is from 5–6:30PM and includes appetizers prepared by Vibrant Table and a hosted bar with beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian appetizer options will be available before and after the program—just ask the servers as they make their way around to you.
